We’re always on the lookout for passionate individuals in the health and wellness space to work with. We’d like to invite you to join Gaia Friends – our ambassador program which helps you share your passion for CBD with your clients, friends and family, so they too may benefit from its awesome powers.

We wanted to run a program which benefits everyone involved. In exchange for helping us share the love, we’ll offer rewards for both you and your tribe.

Here's How It Works

Our ambassador program is best suited for sport, health, beauty and wellness enthusiasts who are keen to learn about CBD, and share its many wonders far and wide.

As a member of Gaia Friends, you’ll receive a 10% commission on all sales you refer to our site, with the chance to move up to 15% if you qualify*. Your clients, friends and family will also receive a 10% discount across all products on our site when referred to us by you.

You’ll get access to your own account, so you can track your referrals and earnings to date. We pay out your earnings at the end of each month to your Paypal or bank account. You can alternatively redeem your earnings for product(s) of equivalent value.

We provide you with exclusive ambassador training on all things CBD, so you can speak with knowledge and confidence about its many benefits and how to use it effectively.

Getting Started

Step 1

If you don’t have a payment email with Paypal, we will contact you for your bank details.

Step 2

Once you successfully register, we’ll email your unique referral code (please allow up to 48hrs for this). Share your referral code directly with clients, friends and family. But remember, they must apply this code at the checkout before completing a purchase for you to get commission, and for them to get a discount. You’ll also receive access to our exclusive training materials. We will also ask you for your bank details if you haven’t provided a payout email. 

Step 3

You can then sign in to your dashboard to see how much you’ve earned. We’ll also send you an email when you’ve earned a referral.

Step 4

You’ll be paid out to your bank account at the end of every month (30-31st). You can alternatively redeem your earnings for store credit.

*Terms and Conditions apply. Commission rate subject to review. Unique Codes may take up to 48 hours to be issued, Monday to Friday. Referral codes can be shared on socials, if done respectfully. Spamming codes will result in disqualification from the programme. Gaia Guru Ltd reserves the right to revert to quarterly payouts if necessary. Be signing up you agree to the terms and conditions.

How does the commission structure work?

As a new member of Gaia Friends, you’ll automatically receive 10% commission on all sales you refer to our site.

*We review everyone’s sales each quarter, with a chance to earn extra commission based on sales. Here’s how it works:

  • £500 total sales / quarter to qualify for 12.5% commission
  • £750 total sales / quarter to qualify for 15% commission

How will I be Paid?

You can opt to be paid out to your bank account or Paypal. Simply include your preference in response to our welcome email (3).

Or, if you want to redeem your earnings for product(s), simply shoot us an email at info@gaiaguru.co.uk and we’ll issue you a gift coupon matching the amount you’ve earned.

Who can I give my referral code to?

You can share your referral code to your clients, friends and family. On socials too, but we kindly ask that you do this respectfully.

Where can I learn more about CBD?

As part of Gaia Friends, we encourage you to learn and earn with our extra education materials. You’ll be equipped with over 120 minutes of education around CBD, our products and who we are as a brand. Use this as your ammunition to boost your sales.
