Variety is the spice of life, so why not mix up the way you enjoy your CBD!?
The great thing about oral drops is you can carry them almost anywhere with you, and use them in a plethora of exciting new ways.
Whether its a dishy dessert you are whipping up, or a nourishing beverage, there's plenty of ways to enjoy CBD.
Here are just a few ways you can add CBD to your lifestyle to get you started.
You can choose to add a few drops to any tea or coffee straight up, but if you really want to get the best results, heat a small amount of milk first and add the drops to that whilst gently stirring to mix in the drops, then add the milk to your tea or coffee.
Dark chocolate (70% or more) is one of the best superfoods, because it contains a rich array of essential nutrients in high quantities, like magnesium and iron, with additional flavonoids, antioxidants and polyphenols. Its also a great stimulator of the bodies Endocannabinoid System just like CBD is. There's no better complimentary ingredient than Cacao for CBD, because of their shared benefits for both heart and brain health.

Making your own salad dressings just got better, with the addition of the magic of CBD. An emulsion of oils and mayonnaise is the perfect carrier for boosting the absorption of CBD - it absolutely loves fat! Add in some lovely apple cider vinegar for some extra probiotic, anti-inflammatory goodness at each mealtime.
Im probably sounding like a broken record at this point, but what does CBD love!? FAT. What a great excuse to whip out the cream or yoghurt (full fat of course), and add a few drops of CBD into the mix. Mix them in well, and feel free to superfi your pudding with some berries, seeds and other delicious fruits to really add to the benefits your CBD is giving you.
I’ve seen a couple studies compare sublingual (under tongue) CBD administration to whats called buccal (washing around the mouth for absorption through the cheeks). Buccal resulted in higher blood levels of CBD. So you might like to try adding a couple drops of CBD to a tablespoon of MCT/coconut/olive oil and giving it a swash around the mouth.
